20-year-old Alicia Gaston has been charged with molest following the accusation that she had sex with her boyfriend’s 7-year-old son.

According to information, Gaston, of North Fairmount, Cincinnati, Ohio, confessed to engaging in sexual intercourse with the child. She was held on $75,000 bond and also ordered to stay away from the boy.

Gaston’s lawyer, Greg Cohen, who said he was just standing in for another lawyer who will ultimately handle the case, expressed skeptism in court that a 7-year-old child could physically engage in sexual intercourse and said mental issues are involved.
